Debug UART error

I got the issue with debug uart port.
This is the flow that I processed (board V02):

  1. Connect board (Uart and USB Type-C to host)
  2. Using Qualcomm Launcher to flash Ubuntu (or Linux - tried both).
  3. After flashing successfully, the Debug Uart port could not be connected as attached file. I tried to open the console by Putty but I got the error message: “Unable to open the connection to COM15. Configuring serial port: Error 87: The parameter is incorrect.”
    Event after flashing, I could not connect by adb connection.

Could you suggest the solution to fix this issue.

Note:
- Other Rubik boards are OK. Only one of them occurred the issue
- I got similar issue with another board from Thundercomm (RB3 Gen 2)

We recommend using an oscilloscope to check for signal output at the location marked by the red box in the image (UART_TX / UART_RX).
