HDK boards are expensive, but there’s little information available for sensor manufacturers. If I use Rubipi, does it support developing drivers for the SEE side?

According to Qualcomm’s open source agreement, the ADSP source code is not open source for individuals. Customers can choose to bring up the sensor in the kernel.
If it is an enterprise user, can it be opened? However, the pins that have been opened may not be accessible to SEE?
