Does Rubik Pi 3 support Qualcomm QNN platform?

Hi,

I am trying to setup a license plate recognition system with ALPR. ALPR works on Qualcomm QNN platform. So my question is, is QNN supported by Rubik Pi 3?

Rubik Pi 3 supports QNN. May I ask which system version you are currently using?
