IMX708 / Pi Cam V3 video streaming issue

Hi, I have a problem streaming video from IMX708 / Original Raspberry Pi v3 camera. It happens only in very strong sunlight outside. Video goes from full white to weird greeny-pinkish with about 0.5 to 1 Hz frequency. I can share video recorded with gstreamer in private maessage to support team.
The camera is verified to work fine with RaspberryPI 4 and 5.

In rare circumstances similar issue exists with IMX219, but only in close distance.

There’s one more issue with bot cams - green stripe at the bottom.

Is there a v4l2-ctrl equivalent available to set exposition/gain/focus parameters manually ?
Running Qualcomm linux 1.1.1, single camera setup.
