FRC team starting vision and trying to use Photon Vision. We flashed the Qualcom download onto the Rubik Pi but the Ethernet only powers up occasionally. Right now we are having luck by holding the power button for about 10 seconds and then waiting for a minute and the power will come on. We are using Pololu S13V25F12 Buck-Boost Converter from the robot power control board. We have used a [USB tester] to verify we are getting 12 V. Everyone is saying low power but we are certain about the 12V. What would cause it to not work every time we push the power button?
Could you please clarify whether the Qualcomm image you flashed is the Ubuntu system image or a different version? Would you mind elaborating on it?
