It appears the silkscreen on the fan connector is mislabeled. The pin 1 and pin 4 labels seem swapped. Isn’t pin 1 on the JST-SH connector the red wire?

My point above is your “silkscreen labels” appear to be incorrect for the fan connector. The pin 1 and 4 labels are reversed. The connector is wired correctly, but the silkscreen is in error. Below is the raspberry pi 5 fanout pinout from their website. Let me know if my understanding is incorrect, or your silkscreen labels are wrong.
