I’m currently using the latest Ubuntu 24.04 image. When I try to use my OV5647 camera, it does not open. However, the IMX708 camera works correctly. Could you confirm whether the OV5647 is supported on this Ubuntu release? If not, could you share when support for this camera is expected?
Unfortunately, OV5647 is not on our support list.

The Ubuntu image does not yet support the OV5647. If a Linux release is acceptable, the latest Linux version supports OV5647.
