Windows on ARM on the RUBIK Pi 3

Hi.

Seeing there wasn’t any visible progress on getting official WoA support on the RUBIK Pi 3, i’ve decided to get it to boot on my own.

The QCS6490 BSP is not specific to any Windows version, meaning if you wanted to, you could boot Windows 10/11 Pro/Home (or whatever you want). Therefore I doubt that you would need a enterprise license to distribute with IoT LTSC anymore.

Thank you for sharing. The partial source code for LT9611 MDPPlatformLib is currently expected to be open-sourced in March.
